Philip Waxman is based in Cheshire and has managed the Manchester office since 2004. He is an experienced Chartered Accountant who has 25 years experience in Corporate Finance. His experience spans industrial roles for AAF Industries, McAlpine, Pilkington as a Finance Director and with Safeline (a successful 3i private equity backed investment). He has been actively involved in numerous M&A transactions and turnarounds.
Philip attended Liverpool University and trained with BDO Binder Hamlyn. He is married with two daughters. He is a keen golfer and Manchester City supporter. He is experienced in the building products, construction, engineering, IT, technology and distribution sectors.
