Phillip qualified as a solicitor in Australia and went on to obtain a master’s degree in US Tax Law from Boston University. He worked for a number of years with multinationals in the USA, Hong Kong, UK and Australia. During that time, he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and turnarounds in a number of industries including telecoms, distribution and financial services.
He subsequently co-found a number of companies in Australia and Singapore and was involved in funding raising for those companies. Most recently he was the CEO of a turn around a fin-tech company. Phillip lead the sale of this company to a private equity group and a hedge fund.
Phillip has worked in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
