Tony is a graduate of Imperial College and a chartered engineer. Following early career work in engineering at Courtaulds and British Gas, Tony joined ICFC (now 3i) where he worked in corporate finance, M&A and interim management project on behalf of city institutions and private clients.
He formed a successful management consultancy firm, and subsequently acquired a novel electronics technology, which he developed into an international manufacturing and sales business which he sold to US interests in 1997.
Joining Baird Partners following this sale, he brought over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A, together with detailed knowlege of making transactions happen in Eastern Europe.
Tony works in the UK and Central Europe, based in Prague.
